Uygulamayı kullanırken oluşturduğun her şey cihazındaki yerel veritabanında saklanır:

Bu veriler cihazından dışarı çıkmaz. Uygulamayı silersen cihazdaki kopyaları da silinir (Google Drive yedeği aldıysan o ayrıdır — 3. maddeye bak).

2. Fotoğraf ve metin tanıma (OCR)

Kamera ve fotoğraf kitaplığı erişimi yalnızca sen bir sayfa fotoğrafı eklemek istediğinde kullanılır. Fotoğraftaki yazıyı metne çevirme işlemi tamamen cihazının içinde, Google ML Kit'in cihaz üzerinde çalışan metin tanıma bileşeniyle yapılır. Fotoğrafların bu işlem için internete yüklenmez.

3. Google Drive yedeği (isteğe bağlı)

Yedekleme baştan sona senin başlattığın bir işlemdir; istemezsen Google hesabı bağlamana hiç gerek yoktur ve uygulama tüm özellikleriyle çalışır.

Notların, fotoğrafların ve kitap künyelerin hiçbir üçüncü tarafa satılmaz, kiralanmaz veya aktarılmaz. Uygulamanın reklam ağı, analitik aracı veya kullanıcı takip bileşeni yoktur.

6. Çocuklar

İmbik 13 yaşın altındaki kullanıcılara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamaz.

7. Bu metinde değişiklik

Politika değişirse bu sayfa güncellenir ve yukarıdaki "son güncelleme" tarihi değişir. Uygulamanın veri işleyişini etkileyen bir değişiklik olursa uygulama içinde de duyurulur.

1. Data that stays on your device

Everything you create in the app is stored in a local database on your device:

note text and titles,
book details: title, author, publisher, page number, library number, date read and place read,
categories, tags and collections,
page photos you attach to notes.

This data does not leave your device. Deleting the app deletes the on-device copy (a Google Drive backup, if you made one, is separate — see section 3).

2. Photos and text recognition (OCR)

Camera and photo library access is used only when you choose to attach a page photo. Converting the photo into text is done entirely on your device, using Google ML Kit's on-device text recognition. Your photos are not uploaded for this.

3. Google Drive backup (optional)

Backup is entirely opt-in; you never have to connect a Google account, and the app works fully without one.

If you do connect one:

The app requests only the drive.file scope, which grants access solely to files the app itself creates. Other files, folders and photos in your Drive are not visible to the app.
Your backup (the note database and attached photos) is written to your own Google Drive. The developer has no access to these files.
Your Google account's email address is read so the app can show which account is connected, and it is stored only on your device.

4. Deleting your data

From Settings → Delete account you can:

revoke the Google connection (the app's Drive access is withdrawn),
delete the backup stored in Drive,
erase all notes and photos on the device.

Removing the app from your device also deletes all local data.

5. Sharing with third parties

Your notes, photos and book details are never sold, rented or transferred to any third party. The app contains no advertising network, analytics tool or user-tracking component.

6. Children

Alembic is not directed at users under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, this page is updated and the "last updated" date above changes. Any change affecting how the app handles data is also announced inside the app.
